Sad to see less than 24 hours after a political attack with a gun against our congress members, the columnist used a political insidious insult by calling our president a "human disgrace."

Trump is only human as a biological organism. Any resemblance after that is non existent. Of all the people to have an opportunity at being a contributing member to humanity, Trump has squandered the chance. Sad.

WGT you sort of used the same kind of words James T. Hodgkinson used.

"Never interfere with an enemy while he's in the process of destroying himself".

Brummett continues to lower the bar of professionalism in his columns. Sad.

Paul Spencer is a thoughtful, decent man and a fellow parishioner of ours. I would be proud to support him should he run for Congress.

Its almost as if JB can't help himself. Writes a column lifting up some folks who may be moderate, middle of the road candidates willing to work with the opposition and begins with "Just because Republicans are determined to enable a human disgrace as president and take health insurance from millions does not mean Democrats are in a strong position to make substantial gains". Take that log out of your own eye John.

Paul Spencer sounds like a man who has no business in the democrat party.
That said, I despise Republicans almost as much as democrats.

That's a good one, wowzy. Now that I get it that you are writing satire I got a good laugh or two about the light of the world and the great accomplishes of Mr. Trump. But you left out the QUEEN and the Baron moving into the White House. That one I liked a lot.

"Just because Republicans are determined to enable a human disgrace as president and take health insurance from millions..." This is a great illustration of the inflammatory rhetoric that causes a passionate liberal Democrat to attempt to assassinate Republican members of Congress. Give yourself an up arrow, JB, you ARE one of them.
