Miss Arkansas moves to the capital city this year with the Miss Arkansas Pageant and the Miss Arkansas Outstanding Teen events at Robinson Center Performance Hall, West Markham Street and Broadway, Little Rock. Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, 501 W. Ninth St., Little Rock, remembers the post-Civil War end of slavery with activities, entertainment and food at its annual Juneteenth celebration, noon-6 p.m. Saturday. This year’s music lineup includes Gloryland Pastor’s Choir and the Big John Miller Band, plus laser tag, a rock wall and a video game trailer.
