A new abortion law challenged in a federal lawsuit filed Tuesday in Little Rock requires a physician who performs an abortion on anyone younger than 17 to preserve the fetal tissue and notify local police. The age of the patients to which the Local Disclosure Mandate applies was misstated in an article in Wednesday’s editions.
