Southwestern Energy and three of its subsidiaries have terminated a settlement proposed in Conway County Circuit Court over royalty payments to landowners who signed leases with the company for natural gas drilling in the Fayetteville Shale. The status of the settlement was incorrectly reported in an article that ran in Tuesday’s editions.
