Even though it doesn't address any known problem (cite the overwhelming evidence that merits discussion) and the legislature has already rejected it, Collins-Smith wants to trot it out again to whistle her dogs (social conservatives) up again. It's how she attempts to stay relevant. She didn't do much else during the regular session.

People need to use public restrooms corresponding to the gender of their birth. That is fair and equal to all!

max/titleist, without even digging into the details of this, you made an uninformed statement. What happens to someone who has transitioned? Do you want your little girl (yea, the fake safety argument) going into the bathroom with a fully transitioned male? Likewise, your son with a fully transitioned female?

Much ado about nothing. Social conservatives lost the gay marriage battle, so now they need another sex/gender related issue to keep the money coming in to the GOP from the Family Research Council, etc.

had, yep. This is how you keep those cultural illiterates pacified (waiting for a few of the others in these boards to attack me for that one. Most of those don't have a clue about the issues. They just parrot what their preacher down at the First Baptist Church of Pigsty told them to say.

As we read the daily newspaper we find the hetro female teachers, the deity system workers and other males of power praying on children. What are we going to do about them using our public restrooms.

max, I agree wholeheartedly you just want things your way. Not sure where I read you were the decider like a W [ golle W we thought you had problems but OMG we have been overrun by the man behind the curtain] .

I know back in the 50's the bathrooms followed your idea, you used the one of your color at your birth and your precursors said this was only fair, as well as ancient book directed.

I have been in countries , not christian, where public bathrooms seem not to create the civilization ending result the cons here predict. There is something here that explains this difference and will ponder it .

hah, uh, YOu can get money from the Family Research council? Oh, I forgot , I really am for this study more than anyone ever in Arkansas. I am ready to stand up for our protestant lifestyle, and whatever else is appropriate to fight the good fight to stop the end of civilization as the haters know it. Hah, who do I contact for my funds as a patriot, a stand up for Jesus family values and to stop improper urination from happening?

Let males go into Men's, females into Women's and "transgenders" into LGBTQ's.
