• Darrius Green, 25, of 2315 E. Kantz Cove in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm. Green was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Andrew Bell, 31, was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault, third-degree domestic battering and terroristic threatening. Bell was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Joshua Foster, 21, of 110 W. Rogers St. in Lincoln was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault. Foster was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Cecil Davis, 46, of 1121 W. Sunset in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with stalking, terroristic threatening, violation of a protection order, and cyber-bullying. Davis was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Joseph Young, 21, of 16768 Winwood Ranch Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with rape. Young was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Matthew Hughes, 48, of 20334 Hughes Road in Winslow was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Hughes was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
