Pulaski County Quorum Court will take the first vote today towards a project that would construct a hike-and-bike trail connecting Little Rock and Hot Springs.

Anybody ever heard of Hernando de Soto? He did some research & mapping in the 1500s of this area. The Boy Scouts still hike this LR-HS portion of the de Sota Trail.
