Commercial Distributing Inc., a wholesale dealer of petroleum and petroleum products, automotive parts and motor-vehicle supplies and parts based in Oklahoma City, is opening its first distribution center in Arkansas.
The company has signed a five-year lease for a property at 2300 E. 145th St. in Little Rock, Colliers International Arkansas said in a news release. Colliers represented the owner, Clifton Family Limited Liability Limited Partnership. The lease has an option to buy.
A 52,556-square-foot facility sits on 6.8 acres and had previously been vacant.
Commercial Distributing, which distributes its products to service stations and automobile dealers, expects to employ a dozen people at its Little Rock facility, said Amy Meins, a Colliers spokesman.
