Lynyrd Skynyrd headlines a show Saturday at Magic Springs in Hot Springs.

Lynyrd Skynyrd will perform at 8 p.m. Saturday in Timberwood Amphitheater at Magic Springs Theme & Water Park in Hot Springs. Season tickets (plus tax) are $69.99; adult one-day tickets are $54.99; and tickets for children under 48 inches tall and those age 55 and over are $36.99. Reserved seats are an additional $10 or $8. Parking is $10.

Lynyrd Skynyrd is suing former member and drummer Artimus Pyle, who left the band in 1991, and wrote a "bio-pic" about the plane crash that killed several band members in 1977. Guitarist Gary Rossington, the only remaining original member of the group, filed the suit, with lead singer Johnny Van Zant (brother of Ronnie Van Zant, who was killed in the crash) and the estates of the other members who died.

The suit maintains that a 1988 consent order forbids any band member from exploiting the life of the band itself, although members are free to tell their individual life stories. A July 11 trial has been scheduled.

Pyle originally named his film Free Bird, but was forced to change it to Street Survivors: The True Story of The Lynyrd Skynyrd Plane Crash.

The band released its latest, the 14th, album, Last of a Dyin' Breed, in 2012. It reached No. 12 on the Billboard top 200 albums chart.

Lead singer Jim "Dandy" Mangrum has been involved for most all the band's career, missing only a few years in the early 1980s.
