Yoda is our Pet of the Week.

Yoda is our Pet of the Week. He is a happy, 3-year-old shepherd mix that loves to get outside for walks and recently took part in the Barkus Parade. He is a volunteer favorite because of his easygoing attitude. He is heartworm-positive, but thanks to the Friends of the Little Rock Animal Village's heartworm fund, we can treat him at no extra cost to his adopter.

Canine Close-Up

Freckles is a 3-year-old Labrador/terrier mix. She is an active girl and would love to go hiking and jogging. She would also love to have a family to hang out with at night and watch a little TV.

Jonalyn is a 2-year-old Labrador/shepherd mix that is as unique as her name. She gets along with other dogs as well as cats. She loves to go out for walks and for group playtime. She is also a favorite of the Little Rock Animal Village's volunteers.

Featured Felines

Gypsy is a 2-year-old orange tabby. She loves to nap and really likes some petting. Now and then she'll roam around the room and check in with the other cats just for fun.

Chloe is a 2-year-old gray tabby whose owner had to move and could not take her. She is a sweetheart who loves to be with people and loves to explore the room. She also loves to get in a lap and get a lot of petting.

Moonbeam is a 1-year-old black and white domestic long-haired cat. She is a little shy, but volunteers are working on getting her out of her shell. With some love and patience, she will be someone's best friend very soon.

Yoda and friends can be adopted through Little Rock Animal Village. More information is available at (501) 376-3067 and littlerockanimalvillage.org.
