4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Nicholas Lewis, 23, of 616 N. Wordsworth Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and delivery of marijuana. Lewis was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.

• Jeffery Nickerson, 25, of 302 E. New Hope Road in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine and parole violation. Nickerson was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Shane Alan Williams, 33, of 8066 Inca Lane in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with breaking or entering, theft by receiving and unlawful transfer of stolen property to a pawn shop. Williams was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Roberto Arruiza, 24, of 2318 W. Beechwood Drive Apt. 4 in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with residential burglary, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, first-degree criminal mischief, fleeing and a parole violation. Arruiza was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.

• Trina Serna, 27, of 608 Black Oak Ave. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with residential burglary, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, simultaneous possession of a defaced firearm and drugs and fleeing. Serna was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.

• James Williams, 29, of Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Williams was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond.

• Dylan Tyler Bremer, 21, of 814 E. Greenfield was arrested Wednesday in connection with manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Bremer was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Darian Christine Shull, 20, of 814 E. Greenfield was arrested Wednesday in connection with manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Shull was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
