4th Judicial Drug Task Force
• Todd Wargo, 56, of 12438 Little Elm Road in Farmington was arrested Wednesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft by receiving. Wargo was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,095 bond Wednesday.
Fayetteville
• Justin Lewis, 33, of 16241 Low Gap Road in West Fork was arrested Tuesday in connection with second-degree domestic battery. Lewis was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Wednesday.
Rogers
• Noah Burkley Johnson, 19, of 1402 W. Sycamore in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with the purpose to deliver a controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Johnson was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Ernesto Rodriguez, 29, of 2504 W. Sunset Drive in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with rape. Rodriguez was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Wednesday.
• Cormier Ioanis, 20, of Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with failure to comply with the child sex offender report and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. Ioanis was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Wednesday.
Lincoln
• Jeremy Struble, 36, of 502 S. Carter St. in Lincoln was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Struble was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Wednesday.
