Cradle to grave. By all means, we don't want any parent to actually BE a parent. No responsibility at all. Why send the kids home at all? Let's just build barracks at the schools and take them in as wardens of the state. AND... teachers and MORE staff working as full-time parents are only 9 months. What do the 'government dependents' do when school is not in session? Oh yeah, I forgot, the 'community' feeds them because the parents are too worthless to do so. This is just more nanny-state tactics ... Let's be sure to teach the kids that the 'government' will take care of them. Get those votes early!
