• Devon Shane Westbrook, 22, of 2107 Oak Hill Drive in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with rape and sexual assault. Westbrook was being held in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Steven Tyler Davis, 21, of 19123 King Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravated assault. Davis was being held in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Ryan Powell, 20, of 7 Abingdon Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Friday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Powell was being held in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Devalyn Malik-Dewayne McCoy, 18, of Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance and forgery. McCoy was being held in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Brian Webb, 44, of 1934 S. Ashwood Ave. was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravated assault. Webb was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Siloam Springs
• Levi James Wheeler, 24, of 22531 W. Westwood Drive was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Wheeler was being held in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• A sexual assault was reported at 10:58 a.m. Friday at New Hope Assembly of God at 2626 W. New Hope Road.
