Authorities say they are seeking an Arkansas man on charges that include negligent homicide after a fatal collision in which he ran a stop sign.

According to a preliminary crash report from the Arkansas State Police, Mitchell Cameron Ramsey was driving a Ford Ranger north shortly after 4 p.m. Sept. 28 on 13th Street in Rogers when he ran a stop sign at the road's intersection with West Persimmon Street.

The pickup struck a Dodge Dakota headed west on West Persimmon, authorities said, and that vehicle overturned and hit a GMC Sierra in the intersection.

The Dakota's driver, 56-year-old William Dudzienski, was reportedly taken to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, where he later died of his injuries. Ramsey was also hurt in the crash, according to the report.

In a statement released Tuesday, the Rogers Police Department said a warrant was issued for Ramsey's arrest after the agency received the results of the 23-year-old's toxicology report. He faces charges of negligent homicide, reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving on a suspended license.

As of Tuesday afternoon, officers had been unable to locate the 23-year-old.

The department said his last known residence was in Centerton.
