A man found fatally shot in a car that was stopped in the road in Pine Bluff has been identified, authorities said.
Officers found Willie Oglesby Jr., 29, around 1:15 a.m. Wednesday in a Dodge Charger that was stopped in the 1700 block of West 29th Avenue, which is near South Cedar Street.
Oglesby had multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. A police spokesman said Oglesby lived in Pine Bluff.
