University police on Sunday afternoon arrested a knife-wielding man near the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, according to an arrest report.
UALR police responded to a report of a suspicious man on private property on West 32nd Street, and several hours later, they found Barney Doles, 59, of Conway.
Doles told police that he was trying to return some items, the report said.
No stolen property was found, but Doles was arrested on a charge of terroristic threatening and an active warrant from the Arkansas Parole Board.
He remained at the Pulaski County jail Sunday night in lieu of bail.
