Chancellor Andrew Rogerson called Conque "an amazing athletic director" and said he's pleased with the contract's renewal.

Conque has served as Arkansas-Little Rock's athletic director since early 2015. During that time, both the men's and women's basketball teams have advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament. The school has also commissioned a study on whether it should restart its football and marching band programs.
