Kristine Rowland, AGACNP-BC, joined Northwest Cardiology in Siloam Springs as a cardiac nurse practitioner. She received her master's degree in nursing at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Rowland is board certified in adult gerontology.

Ryan Gehrig, president of Mercy Hospital Fort Smith, was appointed to serve on the Arkansas Hospital Association Board of Directors for a term extending through 2021. Gehrig has been a hospital executive since 1999 and was named president of Mercy Hospital in 2012.

Amy Stinson, D.O., joined Sparks Ear, Nose and Throat -- West at 520 Towson Ave., Suite A in Fort Smith. She is board certified in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery and has been practicing in Fort Smith since 2012.
