• Basil Parker Pilcher, 31, of 13103 Miller Church Road in Bentonville was arrested Saturday in connection with domestic battering. Pilcher was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Ronald Albert Hale, 28, of 10950 Gibson Road in Summers was arrested Saturday in connection with possession with purpose to deliver a controlled substance. Hale was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Halle Painter, 32, of 213 Adobe St. was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Painter was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Percy Davis, 23, of 2341 Zared Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault, false imprisonment and domestic battering. Davis was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,155 bond.

• Logan Wiley, 24, of Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wiley was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,500 bond.

Pea Ridge

• Stanley Wayne Peterson, 62, of 703 S. Curtis was arrested Monday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender, two counts of falsifying documents and incorrect address on identification card for sex offender. Peterson was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Rogers

• Terrance Darrell Brown, 28, of Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with domestic battering. Brown was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Gary Dustin Erbe, 76, of 1906 S.E. 18th St. in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with three counts of forgery. Erbe was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Meryann Lomae, 34, of 707 S. Perry Drive in Huntsville was arrested Saturday in connection with defrauding a prospective adoptive parent. Lomae was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

• Eleuterio Flores, 33, of 2779 Stratford Ave. in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with transportation of a child for sexual contact, Internet stalking of a child and sexual assault. Flores was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond and a federal hold. No further information was available Monday.

Fire

Prairie Grove

• Firefighters put out a fire at 6:52 a.m. Monday at 14672 Cliffbriar Road in West Fork. The extent of the fire is unknown. No further information was available Monday. The home belongs to Lesli Sherwin, property records show.

Winslow

• Firefighters put out a fire at 7:10 a.m. Monday at B&R Meat Processing at 633 N. Devil's Den Road. The fire was contained to the middle of a mostly metal building filled with meat, said Dewey Drummond, Boston Mountain Fire Department chief. No one was at the business at the time. No one was injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation, and no damage estimate was available.

Lincoln

• A man who fell from a bluff near Lincoln Lake had minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital, said John Luther, Washington County emergency management department director. Emergency workers were called about noon Monday at 10588 N. Jackson Highway, according to Central EMS and the Lincoln Fire Department.

• A vehicle was reported stolen at 6:20 a.m. Friday at 3931 Cottonwood Spring Cove.

• A vehicle was reported stolen at 9:06 a.m. Friday at 3450 Whispering Spring Ave.
