Albert Pike Masonic Center was the setting at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, for the marriage of Chelsea Alisa Washington and Lee Dale Nelson Jr. Rodney Williams of Rose City Church of Christ officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Kimberly Washington of Little Rock and Lisa Smith-Washington and Charles Washington of North Little Rock. She is the granddaughter of Helen and the late Nathaniel Washington of Las Vegas and the late Lee Ethel and Virgil Miller Sr. of Little Rock.

Parents of the bridegroom are Stacey and Russell Rosby and Keisha and Lee Nelson of North Little Rock. His grandparents are Annie Bell and the late Marshal Payton and the late Bessie Mae and William Wesley, all of North Little Rock.

The ceremony site was decorated with arrangements of gladioli and hydrangeas.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a long-sleeve gown of lace appliqued illusion with a V-neckline and lace chapel-length train embellished with clear beading. She carried a bouquet of roses, hydrangeas, peonies and carnations.

Maid of honor was Alexandra Hill of Little Rock. Bridesmaids were Jameka Jackson, Clarice Montgomery, Kenitra Jones and Danelle Heaggans, all of Little Rock, and Giahna Glasco of New York. They wore burgundy gowns and carried ivory and pink hydrangeas.

Flower girl and ring bearers were Chloe Ferrell of Little Rock and Mason Williams of Dallas and Joshua Knox of Little Rock, nephew of the bride.

Serving as best man was Dennis Rodgers Jr. of Little Rock. Groomsmen were Felix Milton of Los Angeles and Darrick Lipscomb Jr., Casey Moore, Keith Whaley Jr. and Ocie Hunter Jr., all of North Little Rock. Guests were seated by Johnnie Tyson of North Little Rock and Charles Washington II of Little Rock, brother of the bride.

A reception after the ceremony was held at the Albert Pike Masonic Center.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and a master's degree in medical laboratory sciences from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is a medical laboratory scientist.

The bridegroom has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Arkansas State University at Jonesboro and a master's degree in security management from Webster University. He is an agent at North Little Rock Probation and Parole Office.

The couple will live in Maumelle after a wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
