An unknown amount of money was stolen in a break-in at a west Little Rock pizza restaurant late Monday, an employee told police.

An officer with the Little Rock Police Department was sent around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday to investigate a commercial burglary that happened around 11:50 p.m. Monday at Blaze Pizza, 11525 Cantrell Road.

One employee said that when she arrived at work Tuesday morning, both rear doors and the business' safe were open, and money had been taken.

The operations manager for the Blaze Pizza location said the burglary may have been recorded on surveillance cameras.
