Police say a teen sought in the armed robbery of an Arkansas discount store has been arrested.

In a news release sent shortly after 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, a spokesman for the Fort Smith Police Department said Trayveoun Towan Wade Jr. was in custody after surrendering to authorities.

Antonio Givens, 21, has also been arrested in the holdup, which reportedly occurred Monday at the Dollar General at 1701 Grand Ave.

Authorities in Fort Smith are looking for a 19-year-old man who is accused in the armed robbery of a Dollar General.

Trayveoun Towan Wade Jr. is wanted on a warrant in the Monday holdup of the store at 1701 Grand Ave., the Fort Smith Police Department said in a statement.

Police say a masked gunman entered the business and fled after getting an undisclosed amount of cash.

Officers searching the surrounding area stopped two people on North L Street, but one of them ran. The one who didn't run was identified as 21-year-old Antonio Givens. He was questioned and arrested on a charge of aggravated robbery, the release said.

Wade was later identified as a second suspect, police said. He had not been arrested as of early Wednesday afternoon.
