FIRST LOOK: Little Rock brewery's larger warehouse space set to open

A Little Rock brewery's new location is set to open later this month.

Blue Canoe Brewing Co.'s warehouse, located at 1637 E. 15th St. in east Little Rock, will host its grand opening Oct. 21. It will be open for business every weekend and will feature foosball, shuffleboard and darts, along with a variety of new beers, spokeswoman Macie Fellows said.

The company’s downtown Little Rock taproom, which will remain open, measures about 500 square feet. At 40 times that size, the new space will give the brewing company the opportunity to expand, Fellows said.

“We want to reach a higher distribution level,” she said. “We want to continue to grow, and in this space we have the opportunity to do that.”
