A 30-year-old has been arrested in a 10-month-old case in which a man was shot in Little Rock while fleeing from a van, authorities say.

Leslie Dillard, 41, of Mabelvale was found unconscious in an alley across the street from Pic-Pac Liquor, 4407 W. 12th St., around 12:10 a.m. Dec. 10.

He reportedly told officers he had been shot multiple times while fleeing from a green van that tried to run him over.

According to a police report, the vehicle's driver was identified as Trent Arsenio Porter of Little Rock and an arrest warrant was issued Thursday. He was located in Nevada County, police said.

Porter was booked into the Pulaski County jail about 4 p.m. Friday, where he was being held Monday morning in lieu of $10,000 bond, jail records show. He faces an aggravated assault charge and is set to appear in court Friday.

Porter has not been identified as the shooter, the report said.
