• Starlynn Hoyt, 46, of 10 Melissa Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Tuesday in connection with domestic battering. Hoyt was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

• Antonio DeJesus Escobar, 27, of 1607 W. Gum St. in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Escobar was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Marilyn Runions, 59, 2801 S. Leo Ammons Road was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Runions was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Korban Campbell, 21, of 6396 Desarc Way was arrested Wednesday in connection with two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of terroristic threatening. Campbell was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Siloam Springs
• Aron Jason Lyman, 34, of 309 N. Row in Pryor, Okla., was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of breaking or entering and criminal mischief. Lyman was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with a $10,000 bond set.

• Sky Simco, 29, of 1008 W. Center Ave. was arrested Wednesday in connection with domestic battering and battery. Simco was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
