These CSRs need to be passed and put in place by Congress. They help stabilize the health insurance market and bring costs down for low income families who finally were able to have health care coverage without a heavy burden hanging over their heads. Trump exploited a flaw in the ACA to create chaos in the markets, which is a tactic he's using these days since he can't get his stupid idea of repeal across the finish line.

RB and go losers, Remember civic class ? the House has the purse. It was the previous administration that acted in a manner that was unconstitutional. as with the dreamers it belongs in the house and then the senate. we do not want a royal president like Obama tried to be. we have three branches of government. President Trump is just trying to clean up the mess his predecessor left him and the country. along with Iran, North Korea and ISIS.
