1st Quarter

AUBURN 10, ARKANSAS 3

Arkansas went three and out with one dropped pass. Blake Johnson’s punt ricocheted off return man Stephen Roberts and through the end zone. Auburn converted a third and 11 on a 50-yard screen to Darius Slayton, and Jarrett Stidham scored from the 15 on the next snap. Cole Kelley went 3 for 3 for 40 yards and had a 13-yard run as Arkansas drove for Connor Limpert’s 34-yard FG. Auburn kept the ball nearly seven minutes, and went 3 of 4 on third downs. Henre Toliver’s 8-yard tackle for loss on Kerryon Johnson from the 8 stunted the series, which ended on Daniel Carlson’s 21-yard FG. Chase Hayden took a screen 23 yards to the Auburn 47. Johnny Gibson had a false start penalty to end the quarter.

2nd Quarter

AUBURN 17, ARKANSAS 6

Deon Stewart caught a 12-yard pass, and Cole Kelley’s sneak converted fourth and 1 to the Auburn 37 before a sack and a holding penalty ended the drive. Eli Stove ran 45 yards and Nate Craig-Myers added a 26-yard catch. De’Jon Harris and Jonathan Marshall stopped Kerryon Johnson on fourth and 1 at the 2. Arkansas went three and out. Kevin Richardson intercepted Jarrett Stidham, but the Hogs went three and out. Auburn punted, but Nate Dalton bumped returner Henre Toliver and Auburn recovered the muff. Johnson ran for a 2-yard TD to cap Auburn’s 41-yard drive. Chase Hayden had a 40-yard run and David Williams added a 16-yard run to set up Connor Limpert’s 38-yard FG. Auburn ran out the clock.

3rd Quarter

AUBURN 45, ARKANSAS 13

Jarrett Stidham’s 18-yard run on third and 5 triggered an Auburn drive capped by Kamryn Pettway’s 2-yard TD run. Arkansas got a first down on three Devwah Whaley runs, then punted to the Auburn 30. Darius Slayton caught a 26-yard pass. Pettway ran for a 38-yard TD on the next play. A 17-yard David Williams run got Arkansas into Tigers territory. DeShaun Davis recovered a fumble on a sack. On the next play, Ryan Davis threw a reverse pass for a 62-yard TD to Slayton. De’Vion Warren returned the kickoff 100 yards for a TD. After Auburn’s punt, Jeff Holland sacked and stripped Cole Kelley and recovered at the Hogs’ 23. Three Pettway runs netted a score from 11 yards out. The quarter ended with Arkansas at its 40.

4th Quarter

AUBURN 52, ARKANSAS 20

Jordan Jones’ 16-yard catch converted third and 7 for the Razorbacks to the Auburn 45. Cole Kelley was sacked on second down and pressured on third and Arkansas punted. Malik Willis came in at quarterback for Auburn and ran 48 yards. Willis had another rush for 14 yards and capped an 80-yard drive with a 4-yard pass to Devan Barrett. The Hogs put together a scoring drive that featured a 17-yard catch by Cheyenne O’Grady and a 16-yard catch by LaMichael Pettway. Devwah Whaley had a 12-yard carry and finished the drive with a 2-yard scoring run. Grant Morgan forced a Malik Miller fumble, and Dylan Hays recovered for the Hogs. Brandon Martin caught a 25-yard pass on the final play.
