A 62-year-old Arkansas man was killed Wednesday morning in a one-vehicle crash, state police said.
Bobby Ray Halfacre was traveling north on Arkansas 11 in Prairie County south of Des Arc shortly after 7:15 a.m. when his Chevrolet truck crossed the highway's centerline, according to a preliminary crash report.
Authorities said the vehicle then drove off the road and hit a tree.
Conditions at the time of the wreck were reportedly clear and dry.
According to preliminary state police data, the death of Halfacre, a Des Arc resident, is the 352nd on Arkansas roads so far this year.
