Teen arrested in Little Rock after knife swung, police say

Little Rock police on Tuesday arrested a woman who said she tried to cut a person with a knife, authorities said.

Breanna Boyd-Harrell, 19, was arrested midday Tuesday in the 4100 block of Foster Street. According to the report, Boyd-Harrell said she tried to run over the victim with her car when the person broke her window. The report said she had gotten into a fight with the person.

Boyd-Harrell told police she left the situation but then returned armed with a knife. Boyd-Harrell said she swung at the victim in an attempt to cut her, according to the report.

She told authorities she left a second time to get a bigger knife, and police were at the scene when she returned, the report said.

Authorities charged her with two felony counts of aggravated assault, along with three misdemeanor charges. She was listed on the Pulaski County jail roster Tuesday night.
