AG Rutledge, I would say that jailing a youth who has committed no crime, was not given due process, and was only needed so that he could testify is a malicious act. You shouldn't be defending these folks, you should be prosecuting them.

Manning and the AG both need to spend some time behind bars. The AG has no common sense and is a disgrace to the State of Arkansas.

Sounds like the Feds need to spend a little more time looking into what is going on in the State of Arkansas

The AG is required by the Constitution to defend the officers of the state who are being sued for actions taken (allegedly) as officers of the state. Don't blame the AG for doing their job, blame the others for not doing their jobs.
