I can't for the life of me understand why this guy hasn't been terminated? How can there be any question after clear proof that he's done this before, that he should not be in a LE role. How can any report he files ever be considered accurate? If I'm a defense attorney for ANYone implicated in a report written by this yahoo, the case will absolutely be thrown out. He's a complete liability.

What a blatant level of disregard for the law as written, disrespect for the citizens being served and outright stubbornness and selfishness being displayed with this awful hiring decision. Tells you a lot about the suspended employee and the elected politician throwing away taxpayers money with this. This does the city no good but it does further ill repute and disarray within the PD
