The planned opening for Three Fold Noodles & Dumpling Co. at its new location in Little Rock has been pushed back pending inspector approval, the restaurant said Friday.

In a social media post, the eatery said its “new beginning” won’t happen as planned Monday. Instead, about one or two additional days will likely be needed to ensure everything is finalized for the Main Street space.

“The date of our opening day is out of our hands,” the statement reads in part. “We were prepared to start serving you on Main Street on Monday, but we need to wait for the inspector to give us the authority to serve you.”

Patrons will be able to eat at the existing Three Fold space on Center Street through 5 p.m. Friday.

After that, the restaurant will close until its reopening on Main Street. The packing and moving will begin Friday night.

As for when the opening day will be, Three Fold says customers should follow the eatery’s Facebook page closely next week.

“Any day could be our opening day,” according to the statement.
