State lottery officials say a Little Rock woman who won $100,000 off a scratch-off ticket plans to use the prize to help her family members in Puerto Rico in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.

Maritza Codero Figueroa claimed the winnings Monday, according to a news release. She reportedly bought the $5 Platinum 7s ticket at the Murphy Express at 12600 Chenal Parkway.

The store will receive a 1 percent commission, or $1,000, for selling the winner.

She told lottery officials that she will use the money to go to Puerto Rico to help her family members.
