A Little Rock man indicted on a federal charge of enticement of a minor has also been accused of trying to produce child pornography, authorities said.

According to the office of the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas, David Allan Frazier, 56, posted an ad on Craigslist that was answered by a third party who became concerned when Frazier expressed interest in having sex with a 7-year-old.

The third party then alerted authorities, who reportedly began communicating with Frazier while undercover. During that time, Frazier expressed interest in having sex with the decoy's 8-year-old daughter, said Chris Givens, spokesman for the attorney's office.

Frazier never met to have sex with the 8-year-old but discussed "ways to make the daughter more comfortable," things he should bring the child and sexual things he wanted to do with the girl, Givens said.

The indictment on the enticement charge was filed Sept. 12.

The spokesman said that a second complaint, filed last week, accuses the 56-year-old of possession and attempted production of child porn. The charges reportedly stem from a search of Frazier's hard drive in which authorities found thousands of images and videos containing child porn. He has not been indicted on those charges yet, Givens said.

Records show Frazier was booked into the Pulaski County jail shortly before 3:15 p.m. Tuesday. He remained there Thursday afternoon, and no bail has been set.
