Ashley Crow, APRN, joined Sparks Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center, 1001 Townson Ave., Fort Smith. Crow received her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith in 2010 and her master of science in nursing from Walden University in 2017. She was a patient care assistant at Sparks Regional Medical Center in 2009 and later worked in various areas of the hospital as a registered nurse.

Allie Vorhees was promoted to branch officer at First Western Bank in Rogers. She was branch manager.

Elisa Reynolds was promoted to loan operations officer at First Western Bank in Rogers. She was loan operations manager.

Tara McGlocklin was promoted to deposit operations officer at First Western Bank in Rogers. She was deposit operations manager.

Doug Johnson was promoted to vice president at First Western Insurance in Rogers. He was Northwest Arkansas regional manager.

Tim McCarley was promoted to vice president at First Western Financial in Rogers. He was assistant vice president.

LaVonn Thompson was promoted to controller at First Western Bancshares Inc. in Booneville. She was staff accountant.
