Sorry, no. I feel physically sick after reading this. He should have been shot when officers responded. Isn’t that the proper protocol for dealing with dangerous animals? Actually, a bullet is too good. Chain drag him.

He should have been put to death after slaughtering his baby!!! What a monster, he does not need to be in society or this world!

I don't understand light sentences and parole for people who are so dangerous. If not in prison, he should have been locked up for life in a mental institution. People like him should not be walking the streets.

Why are these monsters constantly let out of jail?? This is one of the most sickening stories I have ever read. I do not understand, and never have, why we spare monsters the death penalty because they are crazy and dangerous. That ought to be good reason to rid the world of them. So many of our problems are due to unintended consequences of "good intentions" of tender hearted people .

He definitely needs to quit smoking weed because whatever is in it (PCP)? is not doing him any good.

"State doctors found Hulum to have a "severe" marijuana habit, paranoia and anxiety issues, with possibly antisocial personality disorder, but found no symptoms of mental illness."
.
In the meantime, a guy who tried to cash a stolen check for shoes he'd stolen and sold was found not guily by mental defect because he had meningitis - treated and released - a year prior. Our state doctors really don't have a f'n clue. Hulum needs to either be committed or jailed. He's very clearly a threat to society.

People are so clueless about mental illness.
