Whitney Oudin Flesher and David Henry Tutor exchanged marriage vows at noon on Saturday, April 14, at Bethesda-by-the-Sea, Palm Beach, Fla. The Rev. James Harlan officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Dora Jane and Greg Flesher of Little Rock. Her grandparents are Edouard Marc and the late Carolyn Oudin and Peggy Flesher, all of Little Rock, and Fred Flesher of Bethany, Mo.

Parents of the groom are Maxine and Jerry Tutor of Newton, Mass. He is the grandson of Abigail Silk Wales of Cape Cod, Mass., the late Henry Silk and the late Mary and Wayne Tutor.

The high altar held two large arrangements of white hydrangeas, cream and white roses and white lisianthus. Readers were Mary Julia Koch of New York and Louis Wilson of Chicago, cousins of the bride, and Abby Tutor of Newton, Mass., sister of the groom.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a Monique Lhuillier silk ballgown embellished with white and nude Chantilly lace and carried a hand-tied bouquet of white peonies and white Japanese sweet pea.

The bride's attendants were Abby Tutor; Ann Elizabeth Wynne and Jillian Wilson, both of Little Rock; Katy Biffle of London; Catherine Cusimano, Cristina Brennan and Aaron Poltkin of New York; and Alexis Hitchner of Seattle. The female attendants wore gowns in various pastel colors and carried bouquets of peach roses and soft pink peonies.

The groom's attendants were Paxton Flesher of London and Andrew Flesher of Chicago, brothers of the bride; Eric Koch and Ezra Mehlman, both of New York; Matthew Fishbein of Waltham, Mass.; David Ross of Bronx, N.Y.; Alex Marmar of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and Mitchell Barish of Hoboken, N.J. Guests were seated by Alison Kent of Killingly Conn., cousin of the groom.

After the wedding, a champagne reception and luncheon were held at the historic Villa El Sarmiento, built in 1923, home of Julia and David Koch, aunt and uncle of the bride. Violinists lined a large marble staircase inside the home and serenaded guests as they arrived. Guest tables under a tent on the lawn were covered in pale pink linens with white eyelet overlays and centered with arrangements of pale pink roses. That evening, wedding guests were invited to a dance party at Palm Beach Country Club with music by the Marcia Mitchell Band. Arrangements of amaryllis, hydrangeas and roses decorated tables covered in ocean-blue sequined tablecloths.

The bride graduated from Tulane University and is a candidate for a master's degree in business administration at the New York University Stern School of Business. She will join the Estee Lauder Companies as part of the Presidential Management Associate Program in September.

The groom graduated with honors from Wesleyan University and received a law degree from the Columbia School of Law where he was a Hamilton Fellow. He is a lawyer in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement in the New York Regional Office.

The couple will live in New York and plan a honeymoon in Italy after the bride graduates in May.
