4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Emily Schmuecker, 23, of 1010 S. Ballpark Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Schmuecker was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Mathes Tillinghast, 23, of 783 N. Rupple Road in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with five counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tillinghast was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Jonathan Patrick Miller, 21, of 1705 S.E. Moberly Lane was arrested Wednesday in connection with sexual indecency with a child. Miller was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Zchan Willis, 42, of 2054 S. Kline Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with leaving the scene of an accident with injury and more than $10,000 of property damage. Willis fled the scene of a crash April 22 at Interstate 49 and Porter Road, according to a police preliminary report. He was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Rogers

• Trayton Donell McDonald, 18, of 707 S. 28th St. was arrested Thursday in connection with forgery. McDonald was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Melodie Lyday, 38, of Tulsa, Okla., was arrested Thursday in connection with robbery, attempted theft and refusal to submit to arrest. Rogers police were called to Region's Bank at 1800 W. Walnut St. concerning an attempted robbery, according to news release from the Rogers Police Department. Lyday cashed a check at the bank and then got behind the counter and attempted to grab money out of a bank drawer, but employees stopped her and called police, according to the release. Lyday was initially taken to Mercy Medical Center and then to the Benton County Jail where she is being held with no bond set.

Springdale

• James Dare, 30, of 718 Holcomb St. Apt. D was arrested Thursday in connection with battery. Dare was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
