Louis Suski was named executive director of Concordia Retirement Center, an in- dependent living community and assisted living facility in Bella Vista. Suski spent more than 30 years in commercial real estate sales management and has nearly a decade of command experience in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Dr. Patty Pettway joined Greenwood Family Medical Center at 1480 W. Center St. She has more than 25 years of experience in health care and most recently worked at the Western Yell Clinic in Havana. She also worked in Fort Smith, Booneville, Danville and Independence, Kan. She earned her degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Mo.

Dr. Aliakbar Rashid Dadla was hired by Mercy Clinic Oncology, 7001 Rogers Ave., Suite 200, in Fort Smith, as a hematologist and oncol- ogist. He received a medical degree from Dr. VM Government Medical College in India and completed a hematology-oncology fellowship in the Henry Ford Hospital at Wayne State University in Detroit. Dadla is board certified in internal medicine and completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington.

Dr. Rajesh Mourya was hired by Mercy Hospital Fort Smith to work in critical care. Mourya, who is board certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases, received Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees at the B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Nepal. He finished an internal medicine residency at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Neb. Mourya completed fellowships in infectious diseases at the University of Kentucky in Lexington and in critical care at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.

Dr. Runa Shrestha joined Mercy Clinic Oncology, Rogers Ave. Suite 200. in Fort Smith, as a hematologist and oncologist. Shrestha, who is board certified in internal medicine, received Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees at the B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Nepal. She finished an internal medicine residency at the State University of New York’s Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. Shrestha completed a hematology-oncology fellowship at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

Scarlett Bone, MSN, RN, FNP-C, joined Mercy Clinic Gastroenterology, 6801 Rogers Ave. in Fort Smith, as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the Carolyn McKelvey Moore School of Nursing at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. She earned a Master of Science degree in nursing at Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Ill. Bone performed clinical rotations at Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Paris and Mercy Clinic Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in Fort Smith.

Dr. Whitney Manlove Sipe joined MANA Medical Associates. She specializes in diagnostic radiology and breast imaging and works at The Breast Center. She completed a fellowship in breast imaging and a residency in diagnostic radiology at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology in St. Louis. Sipe earned her medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in Little Rock and completed her internship at St. Mary’s Hospital in St. Louis.

Dr. Joseph Blackmon joined Advanced Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center, with offices in Fayetteville and Bentonville. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington, Ky., and completed his dermatology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan. Blackmon completed a fellowship in micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the Dayton Skin Surgery Center in Dayton, Ohio.

Chance Bryant has been promoted to director of U.S. technical service for Cobb-Vantress. He heads the U.S. technical team and manages all aspects of customer technical support. Bryant has a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture business from Arkansas Tech University. A 28-year poultry industry veteran, Bryant has worked for Cobb since 2007. He most recently served as associate technical director for the western U.S.

Dr. Cesar Cotoc has joined Cobb-Vantress’ North America sales team, serving customers throughout Central America and the Carib- bean. He has worked for the company since 2011 and previously was technical service manager in the region. A graduate of the University of Costa Rica and the University of Arkansas, Cotoc holds master’s degrees in agribusiness and poultry nutrition and a doctorate in poultry nutrition.

Ben Green has been named director of production for U.S. hatcheries for Cobb-Vantress. He has worked for the company for 19 years, most recently as a hatchery specialist. A graduate of the University of Georgia, he holds a bachelor’s degree in poultry science.

Flavio Henrique has been named associate director, North America business development for Cobb-Vantress. Previously the associate director of technical service, Henrique joined Cobb Brazil in 2006. He recently completed a master’s degree in business from the University of Arkansas. Henrique received a master’s degree in agribusiness from Faculdade Getulio Vargas and a master’s degree in animal science from the Universidade de Sao Paulo. He also graduated from Universidade Estadual de Londrina with a veterinary degree in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Robin Jarquin has been appointed co-director of the Cobb World Technical Support Team for Cobb-Vantress. Jarquin joined Cobb in 2005 after graduating from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in poultry science and master’s degrees in agribusiness and poultry science. He completed his doctorate in poultry science at the University of Arkansas in 2009.

Cody Polley has been appointed co-director of the Cobb World Technical Support Team for Cobb- Vantress. A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in poultry science, Polley joined Cobb-Vantress in 1998. Most recently, he served as breeder specialist with the Cobb World Technical Support Team.

Kendall Trainorhas joined SupplierLife after more than 25 years working as a Walmart executive. He spent the last 12 years as a senior director in merchandising and supply chain, which put him in direct contact with suppliers to Walmart. SupplierLife is a free site that offers information directly related to suppliers, including a business directory, event calendar, articles and an anonymous online forum.
