Ethics panel cites North Little Rock Democrat

North Little Rock Democrat Isaac Henry, who lost a bid for the state House of Representatives, has agreed to pay a $150 fine and receive a public letter of caution in a settlement with the Arkansas Ethics Commission.

In the settlement of a complaint, Henry agreed with the commission finding that he violated Arkansas Code Annotated 7-6-207 by failing to timely file a campaign finance report for the fourth quarter of 2017, a report for January, a report for February and a report for March, commission Director Graham Sloan said in a letter dated Tuesday to Henry.

In the May 22 primary election, North Little Rock Democrat Jamie Scott defeated Henry for the primary nomination in House District 37. She is unopposed in the Nov. 6 general election.
