Elkins 73, Kingston 46

Elkins improved to 10-0 with its victory Friday over Kingston. The Elks received balanced scoring with four players who scored at least 10. Caden Vaught had 13 points, followed by Chad Graham with 12, and Quinn Mc-Clain and Kain Johnson with 10 apiece. Avery Weaver had 12 points and Gunner Davis 11 to lead Kingston (6-10).

Yellville-Summit 57, Haas Hall-Fayetteville 33

Ben Riddle scored 20 points to lead Yellville-Summit over Haas Hall on Friday. Parker Owen scored 12 for Haas Hall (1-8, 1-2)

FS Northside 71, Jefferson City, Mo. 55

The Grizzlies closed out the Blue Springs, Mo., tournament with a win Saturday. Javion Releford scorched Jeff City for 24 points to lead four players in double-figures. Braylin McKinley scored 14, Noah Gordon 12 and Jaylin Williams 10 for Northside (6-3).

Blue Valley North 58, Rogers High 51

The Lady Mounties couldn’t hold a 38-36 lead after three quarters against top-seeded Blue Valley North on Friday night in the semifinals of the Freeman Lady Eagle Classic in Joplin, Mo. Kate McConnell led Rogers (5-2) with 14 points, including four 3-pointers, while Courtney Storey added 12. Blue Valley North enjoyed a huge advantage at the free throw line, making 20 of 28. The Lady Mounties, who led 28-27 at halftime, made 1 of 3.
