A 26-year-old man was arrested Friday night after refusing to leave Little Rock’s Park Plaza mall, authorities said.
Kalon Ishmael Mayfield of Little Rock faces charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction of government operations, according to a report from the Pulaski County sheriff’s office.
Mayfield was asked to leave but refused, at which point deputies were called and arrested the 26-year-old around 8:25 p.m., authorities said.
At one point, Mayfield tried to punch detention deputies, the report noted.
