The Little Rock Police Department said Monday it is offering up to $10,000 for information in the death of a 17-year-old found bleeding from the head near a Kroger last month.

Christopher Arnold was discovered shortly before 1 a.m. Jan. 29 in the 2500 block of Springer Boulevard lying on the sidewalk near the loading docks of the grocery store.

In a news release Monday announcing the reward, police said Arnold "was familiar with the area."

The release states that authorities have not identified a person of interest in the case.

Arnold's death is one of three homicides in Arkansas' capital city this year, and one of two in which police are offering a reward. Last week, the department announced it was offering up to $10,000 in the killing of Katrina Hampton-Williams, 34, who was discovered dead in a home in the 6900 block of West 34th Street on Jan. 24.
