Pulaski County to auction off land in south Little Rock

Pulaski County will auction off a chunk of land in south Little Rock on Monday, the county said this week.

The property, which is subject to the terms of an existing lease through November, will be sold online through GovDeals Inc., according to a news release.

The land is searchable under parcel number 35R0020001401CQ on the Pulaski County assessor’s website.

According to that database, the 0.3-acre plot is at the south end of Jordan Road, between West Dixon Road and Interstate 530.

The land abuts a lake on the eastern side.

It’s owned by the Pulaski County Road and Bridge Department, online records show. According to the online deed, it was bought in 1981 for $1.

All county surplus items are sold as they are, where they are, the release says. Items can be viewed Monday at govdeals.com.
