• Tyler Dillon Brown, 31, of 3217 Furman Ave. in Fort Smith was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and domestic battering. Brown was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Kayla Lestie Summey, 26, of 11483 Canoe Lane in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with fraudulent use of credit/debit card. Summey was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Justin Jennings Teehee, 36, of 2502 S.W. Arber Road in Bentonville was arrested Tuesday in connection with commercial burglary and theft by deception. Teehee was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Fernando Estrada-Martinez, 39, of 1009 Sherman Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with rape. Estrada-Martinez was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
• Michael Boley, 43, of 1753 N. Janice Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with terroristic threatening. Boley was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
• Trey Monaco, 24, of 1008 W. Bob Place was arrested Monday in connection with domestic battering and violation of probation. Monaco was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center on bonds of $10,790.

• Daniel Ray Hutchek, 37, of 10602 E. McNelley Road was arrested Monday in connection with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hutchek was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jose Lopez, 19, 2001-1 N. Commons Drive was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault. Lopez was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Daniel Robin McClanahan, 36, of 1469 Wallin Mountain Road in West Fork was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. McClanahan was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Washington County Sheriff's Office
• Monte Johnston, 48, of 405 Lake Road in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and domestic battering. Johnston was released Monday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
