Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer said Tuesday that he wants legislation addressing Dreamers to be considered along with President Donald Trump’s immigration priorities.

A Senate debate over immigration got off to a halting start Tuesday, with Republican and Democratic leaders immediately at loggerheads over how to move forward and President Donald Trump warning this was the "last chance" to extend protections to "Dreamer" aliens.

Cotton shouldn't be mystified by Democrat refusal to a one-sided debate. Cotton has become Trump's lapdog in carrying legislation and isn't really offering any creativity to the measures.

Tom Cotton-in-his-ears should be careful of binding his future too tightly to Agent Orange. I know this is AR, but the stain and stench of trump will not easily wash off. In any case, he is rapidly losing his reputation, to whatever extent he had one, as a man of honesty and integrity. He is at risk of becoming a laughingstock of a stooge.

PopMom sure brags up Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) as a possible Democrat candidate in 2020.

Seeing her standing right next to Schumer and grinning from ear to ear as he defended sanctuary cities made me want to barf.

And......she........is what PopMpm considers a "moderate " ?

Cotton will continue to be the "cash crop" of republicans in Arkansas because there is no democrat worth a crap to run against him. Look at Arkansas history. Most of our previous senators have served a "lifetime".
When Arkansans will reject the son of a favored son, then you know you have a problem.
