The 27th annual Arkansas Flower and Garden Show brings big changes. Instead of the last weekend in February, this year the show is on the first weekend in March, and for the first time, it won’t be in downtown Little Rock, writes Janet B. Carson.
The gardener’s oasis, a breath of spring at the end of winter, is moving to the Arkansas State Fairgrounds.
Gates will open at 9 a.m. March 2, a Friday. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. that Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 4.
