UPDATE:
Authorities have arrested a suspect in the robbery of a bank in downtown Little Rock.
Little Rock Police Department Lt. Michael Ford said an off-duty officer recognized 46-year-old Todd Curry as the suspected robber and arrested him Tuesday evening at the River Cities Travel Center.
The travel center is several blocks east of the the U.S. Bank at 401 W. Capitol Ave., where the robber implied he was armed while demanding money shortly before 2:30 p.m.
Curry is expected to face charges of aggravated robbery and theft of property, Ford said.

Little Rock police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred in the downtown area of Arkansas' capital city Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities were called about 2:20 p.m., spokesman Steve Moore said, after the robber went into the U.S. Bank branch at 401 W. Capitol Ave. with a note demanding money and implied that he was armed.
Moore described the man as being in his mid- to late 30s and white, and having a medium build and a scraggly, unkempt beard. The robber, described as standing between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches and weighing about 170 pounds, was said to be wearing a red long-sleeved shirt, light blue jeans and a black beanie.
The robber was last seen walking northeast on South Spring Street toward West Sixth Street, authorities said.
The amount of money stolen wasn't disclosed.
No further information was available as of Tuesday afternoon.
