Oldwire Road in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of breaking or entering, theft of property, felony fleeing, possession of firearm by certain persons, three counts of felony criminal mischief and two counts of aggravated assault upon a law enforcement officer or an employee of a correctional facility. Periman was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
